Shravan Shukla paksha Navami, Samvat 1811 – A miracle happened on Saturday. A Ginthala-Jat farmer from Asota village in Nagpur district was plowing his field. Suddenly, some rocky thing hit his plow and a buzzing sound was produced. He dug the soil of that place and found two idols soaked in mud.

Thakur of Asota also heard this news. Balaji came in his dream and ordered him to send this idol to Salasar in the Churu district. That same night, Mohan Dasji Maharaj of Salasar, a devotee of Lord Hanuman, also saw Lord Hanuman i.e. Balaji in his dream. Lord Balaji told him about the idol of Asota.

He immediately sent a message to Thakur of Asota. When Thakur came to know that Mohan Dasji had some knowledge about this without coming to Asota, he was surprised. Certainly, all this was happening only by the grace of Almighty Lord Balaji. The idol was sent to Salasar and this place is known today as Salasar Dham.

The second idol was installed at Pabolam (Bharatgarh), 25 km from this place. The ceremony was held in the morning in Pabolam and in the evening on the same day in Salasar.

Mohandas Ji’s Dhunia is the place where the holy fire was burnt by the devotee of the great Lord Hanuman, Mohandas Ji, which is still burning today.
