By the way, the existence of the back of the mother goddess is believed to be here before the third century. The rulers of Gujarat, Malwa and Marwar were worshipers of Tripura Sundari. It was the favored goddess of Solanki king Siddharaj Jai Singh of Gujarat. He used to go to war only after worshiping his mother.

It is said that the Malwa King Jagadesh Parmar had cut his head at the feet of his mother. At the same time, on the prayer of King Siddharaj, the mother revived the son Jagadev.

The temple was renovated by Chanda Bhai Luhar of the Panchal caste around the third century. Close to the temple is the Bhagi quarry, where once there was an iron mine. According to legend, one day Tripura Sundari arrived as a beggar at the entrance to the mine, but the Panchalas paid no attention to it. The goddess demolished the mine with anger, causing many people to die. To please the goddess mother, the Panchalas built the temple and pond of the mother here. This temple was renovated in the 16th century. Even today, the Panchal society takes care of the Tripura Sundari temple. The ruins of many temples have been found here.

During the excavation in 1982, the idol of Shiva Parvati was found here, with Riddhi-Siddhi on either side, Ganesh and Karthikeya. According to the prevailing mythological narrative, after the Daksha-Yagya was destroyed, Shivji started to sit on the dead body of Sati on the shoulder. Then Lord Vishnu started the demolition of Sati's body on the ground floor with the help of Yogmaya's Sudarshan Chakra to save the world from the holocaust. At that time, all the places where Sati's marks fell, all the places became Shaktipeeth. There are 51 such Shaktipeeths and one of them is Tripura Sundari.
