Sheesh Mahal Jaipur is a beautiful building located in Amber Fort in the Jaipur district of Rajasthan state. It is one of the most famous historical buildings of India.

The architecture of Sheesh Mahal Jaipur
Sheesh Mahal was built with stones and glass by the architects of Sheesh Mahal due to which the reflection of two candles in the glass at night looked like stars in the whole room. During the winter season, the king used to shift from Sukh Niwas to Sheesh Mahal. The ceiling of mirrored glass reflections from the candles keeps the room warm.
Glass fragments on the ceilings and walls are reflected when light falls and the glow spreads throughout the palace. Raja Jai Singh of Jaipur built this palace for his special guests. In this Sheesh Mahal with forty pillars, light is lit in the entire palace after lighting a matchstick.
