It is estimated that on the day of Kartik Purnima, this cattle fair raises two lakh passengers and 50 thousand animals. Passenger Pushkar baths in the lake and worships in Brahma temple with a devotional spirit.
The lake is located 11 km north of the Ajmer district of Rajasthan. According to legendary belief, Pushkar Lake was built by Lord Brahma. Pushkar lake is fifty-two bathing ghats. Varah, Brahma, and Gav Ghat are important in these Ghats.
People from ancient times gather here every year in the Kartik month worshipping Lord Brahma. People come to Pushkar bat in the Pushkar lake to make themselves holy. 16km There are 400 temples in Pushkar, spread over the area.
